Lisa K: Double Heart Necklace in Gold/Pearl

This substantial necklace is actually reversible creating two different looks. The large heart pendant has etchings on one side and a hammered look on the other. This piece features 2 strands: the choker strand which has a baby heart pendant and the longer strand which has a large heart pendant. This piece is a favorite of Beth Ostrosky (as seen here with her husband Howard Stern).
